These terms apply when you use the free website audit at audit.auditsite.ai, operated by Cyber Gear. By running an audit you accept them.
What the service does
You enter a website address and an email address. We fetch that website the way an ordinary visitor's browser would, run a set of automated checks against what we receive, score the results, and email you a report. The service is provided free of charge.
Fair use
- One free audit per email address per 24 hours.
- The scanner is rate-limited per visitor to keep it available for everyone.
- Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe websites you are not entitled to test.
- Do not attempt to bypass the limits, resell the service, or run it automatically at scale without our agreement.
Accuracy — please read
The audit is automated. It examines a single page at a moment in time and reports what it can observe from the outside. It can be wrong in both directions: it may flag something that is deliberate and fine, and it will not catch every problem a site has. Treat the report as a well-informed starting point, not a guarantee, an audit certificate, or legal, security or financial advice.
Scores can change between runs when the website itself changes, when a third-party service is slow, or when a host blocks automated requests.
Your report
Your report is published at a private, unguessable address. You may share it, print it and use it however you like, including with your own developers. We keep a copy so our team can help you act on it — see the Privacy Policy.
Paid fixes
Reports link to paid services that fix specific areas. Those are separate purchases with their own terms, made on auditsite.ai. Nothing in the free audit obliges you to buy anything.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, and we may update these terms — the date at the top will change when we do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of a free automated report, including decisions made on the basis of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
